Dr. Jonathan Cabin is a board-certified head and neck surgeon in Beverly Hills, California with subspecialty training in facial plastic & reconstructive surgery. Dr. Cabin’s primary goal is to provide his patients with the most cutting-edge treatments available and cosmetic results that are flawless.
Dr. Cabin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and his pre-medical studies at Columbia University in New York City. He then went on to complete his medical training at the Yale School of Medicine. At Yale, Dr. Cabin was active outside of the classroom, serving as a leader within the New Haven Free Clinic, performing bench-to-bedside research on the causes and potential treatments of severe epilepsy, and serving as an instructor in the Anatomy Teaching Program for local high school students. His academic performance earned him multiple scholarships, both through the Yale Club of New Haven and the Waterbury Medical Association. After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Cabin pursued sub-specialty training in Head & Neck Surgery at the prestigious New York Eye & Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai in Manhattan.
During his residency, Dr. Cabin became particularly attracted to the artistic, functional and patient-centered practice of facial plastic surgery. This led him to apply for and secure the fellowship training appointment with internationally renowned facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Babak Azizzadeh, in Beverly Hills.
In addition to caring for his patients, Dr. Cabin has published textbook chapters on facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty techniques, as well as written several peer-review articles examining ear reconstruction and the use of Botox in the treatment of facial paralysis. He is passionate about helping those in need, and has travelled abroad to Peru and China to perform much-needed surgery on children with cleft lips and palates.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Cabin is an avid skier and recreational photographer, and enjoys live music, international travel and spending time with his family.
